In a recent survey involving 300 individuals across Europe, we delved into the ways people integrate digital devices into their daily lives. The findings revealed a common trend: individuals strive to avoid idle periods and instead occupy those moments with tasks, many of which are facilitated by technology.

Whether waiting for a bus, waking up in the morning, or lying in bed at night, respondents shared that what was once considered "empty" time is now filled with activities such as engaging with brain training apps, curating lists of things to do or try based on social media feeds, and managing various aspects of their lives through digital tools.
