Tax Day 2024 in USA: Full list of discounts, freebies on food items

 

On Tax Day this year in the US, falling on April 15th, a slew of businesses including Krispy Kreme, GrubHub, Potbelly, Arby's, Dave & Buster's, California Pizza Kitchen, BJ's Restaurant, TGI Fridays, Paris Baguette, Grimaldi's, and Hooters are rolling out discounts and freebies, as reported by USA Today.
Krispy Kreme sweetens the deal by offering a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts at the price of sales tax to customers who purchase one Original Glazed. Meanwhile, Hooters tantalizes taste buds with a free dessert valued at up to $6.99 or 10 free wings with the purchase of Dos Equis draft beers and Legendary Margaritas priced at $4. GrubHub gets in on the action by providing a $15 discount for the first 1,000 customers who redeem the code TAXBREAK and spend over $25 on April 15th. As for Potbelly and Arby's, they're serving up free sandwiches on the big day. And if you're in the mood for some gaming fun, Dave & Buster's slashes prices with a tempting 50% off all food from Monday through April 28th.
